Quick Easy Awesome Healthy Snack

This is a staple of mine and beats a bag of chips any time I have the munchies. It may seem too easy and obvious to be gourmet, but that is the beauty of it.

Gather your favorite frozen vegetables, olive oil, minced garlic, and seasoned salt (I am using steak seasoning here). Pour vegetables into a microwave safe bowl.

Mix together vegetables, seasoning, a liberal scoop of garlic (the strongness WILL cook out), and drizzle with olive oil. Top off with a smidgen of water. Cover (I use an upside down saucer) and cook on high in the microwave for 4 minutes. Let stand for another minute or two, and PRESTO! Yummy veggies for your tummy!

I prefer to pop the corn and liberally apply butter and salt. Not terribly healthy, but yuuuuum...
